Presently
I am retired but still work as an educational consultant in my own company Skolbas. My main occupation for the last years has been to develop the Enator@school concept for Enator AB (approximately 5000 employed).

This concept offeres a complete set of resources for IT in school such as for example the assistance with the development and writing of IT-strategies and IT-plans. The concept also includes a complete package for the in-service training of all teachers and staff in a school ”the training pyramid”. We run a number of seminars for teachers from beginner's courses to rather advanced ones. The basic idea is to teach teachers how to use IT in their administrative and pedagogical role, covering activities such as how to Motivate, Administrate, Teach, Communicate and Present with the help of IT. This general basic training is supposed to give them a solid IT-platform to further develop from. After the basic training modules there is a large number of professional and special courses to chose from. We also give courses about ”IT and leadership” for headmasters and other decision-makers.!

We have also developed ”the Enator@school Net”, a kind of Intranet for schools in order to present some of our basic training as distance learning via the Net. The net will also offer a number of services such as links, useful addresses, information etc. It is also planned to become a WEB-hotel for schools and for companies that sell services and products to the educational sector in Sweden.
